Terms & Conditions – 10bdt Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 10bdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 10bdt website located at https://10bdt.ws and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and related promotional activities.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 10bdt platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and expressly agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the 10bdt platform immediately and must not create or maintain a registered account. 10bdt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the contact email address on record. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Language

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute arising from a translation of these Terms into any other language, the English-language version shall take precedence and govern.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

The 10bdt platform is intended exclusively for adults. Access to and use of the platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing 10bdt under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 10bdt or had your account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or undue influence when registering or placing wagers.

Age Verification

10bdt reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or whenever the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player may not meet the eligibility criteria. Acceptable documents include government-issued national identity cards, passports, and driving licences. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 10bdt may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Any player found to have provided false information regarding their age or identity will have their account permanently closed and any balance therein forfeited. 10bdt takes age verification seriously and applies it rigorously to protect both minors and the integrity of the platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of 10bdt services, you must register a personal account. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Registration Requirements

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change. 10bdt is not responsible for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Password and Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 10bdt will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 10bdt support team immediately at [email protected] so that your account can be secured.

10bdt employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections and supports OTP two-step verification to provide an additional layer of account security. Players are strongly encouraged to enable two-step verification on their accounts.

One Account Per Household

Only one account is permitted per household address, per device, and per shared IP address unless prior written approval has been obtained from 10bdt. Accounts that share a payment method — including the same bKash number, Nagad number, or bank account — will be treated as related accounts and may be subject to enhanced verification or account consolidation procedures.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the 10bdt platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 10bdt does not charge conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposit Rules

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 10bdt account balance in real time, typically within 30 seconds of payment authorisation. Deposits via bank transfer are typically credited within 15 to 30 minutes. 10bdt reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits, which are displayed in the cashier section of your account. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — 10bdt does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete identity and age verification. Withdrawals are subject to the same minimum and maximum limits published in the cashier section. 10bdt aims to process all withdrawal requests within two hours of approval; actual receipt of funds depends on the payment provider's processing time.

Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve months will be classified as dormant. 10bdt will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder via their registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. The applicable fee schedule is published in the cashier section of the platform and may be updated periodically.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

10bdt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game eligibility restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of the overall Terms when you opt in to any offer.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are issued in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and credited to your bonus balance, which is held separately from your cash balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Uncompleted bonus balances will be removed from your account upon expiry.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games count towards wagering requirements. The contribution percentage of each game category is published on the promotion terms page.
• 10bdt reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from it if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, exploitation of bonus terms, or breach of these Terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

Promotional Integrity

10bdt monitors all bonus activity and reserves the right to withhold bonus credits and associated winnings from any player who is found to have opened multiple accounts in order to claim multiple bonuses, used third-party software or strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or provided false registration information in connection with a promotional claim. Promotional offers are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be resold or transferred.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All casino games and sports betting markets available on the 10bdt platform are provided by licensed third-party software suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game operates under the rules published by its respective provider and displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager.

Random Number Generation

All electronic casino games on the 10bdt platform use independently tested and certified random number generator (RNG) technology. RNG outputs are statistically random and unpredictable, ensuring that no player, no 10bdt employee, and no third party can predict or influence game outcomes. RNG certification is maintained through ongoing testing by the game providers' independent testing laboratories.

Sports Betting Rules

Sportsbook wagers are settled according to the official results declared by the relevant governing body — for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, the ICC for international cricket, and FIFA for football. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void after a specified period of play has been completed, the platform's settlement rules as published in the sportsbook section will apply. 10bdt reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a manifest pricing error has occurred.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or software error that affects the outcome of a game round, 10bdt reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager amount to the player's account balance. Winnings derived from a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid. 10bdt is not liable for any loss of potential winnings arising from a technical malfunction.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 10bdt platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place wagers, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games, including live dealer games, poker, or any other game format where player interaction affects outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or any other illegal source ("money laundering").
• Accessing the platform if you are a 10bdt employee, agent, contractor, or a close associate of any such person.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players or to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or security systems.
• Using offensive, abusive, or threatening language in any communication with 10bdt staff or other players.

10bdt employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be placed under manual review and may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. Players under investigation will be notified via their registered email address and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before any permanent action is taken.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

10bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where the player has breached these Terms, where the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform's security or integrity.

Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the 10bdt support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any cash balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days, subject to identity verification requirements having been satisfied. Please note that closing your account is distinct from self-exclusion — if your reason for closing is concern about your gambling behaviour, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool rather than simply closing your account, as self-exclusion provides additional safeguards.

Closure by 10bdt

Where 10bdt closes an account for breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where 10bdt closes an account for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, a decision to withdraw services from a particular market), any cash balance will be returned to the player in full within a reasonable timeframe.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 24 hours and a permanent lifetime exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately upon receipt. During any self-exclusion period, the account is fully locked and no deposits, wagers, or withdrawals are possible except for the return of any pre-existing cash balance to the player's registered payment method.
